Making A Layered Picture Tag
By Legs4days9

1. Open the picture you are wanting to use & go to WINDOWS/DUPLICATE & close the original. I am going to use this one.

2. Open a new image that is 400X400 transparent bg.

3. Click on your SELECTIONS Tool (the broken rectangle above the lasso) & on the CONTROL PALETTE click which design you want to make....I used ELLIPSE.

4. Now click on your picture you are wanting to make a tag with & make a circle (if you are using the ELLIPSE) of some part of that image you are wanting to use.

5. Go to EDIT/COPY

6. Click on the transparent image & go to EDIT/PASTE/AS NEW LAYER.

7. Now if you want to add a bevel to it leave the lines marching around it & go to IMAGE/PLUGIN FILTERS/EYECANDY/INNER BEVEL & make the bevel like you like it. And if you want a drop shadow too go to IMAGES/EFFECTS/DROP SHADOW.

8. Now go back to your picture you are using to make the tag & this time make a circle some where else in the pic...You will still want to get part of the one you did before in to so you can line them up on your transparent image.

9. Now repeat steps 5, 6, & 7...making sure you line the new part up where it meets the part from the image you pasted there before.

You can repeat the above steps as many times as you want...depending on how many layers you want it to have...I usually do 3. When you are done you can add some tubes to it & go to LAYERS/MERGE/MERGE ALL & FLATEN
